I read this article over at Bring your A game. It is about the "Mean Streets" paper terrain for gaming Pulp city encounters. The China town and Cotton club are stunning. You can look at the offerings from The Virtual Armchair General

Just what I need... more distraction from another era.
...and a great company like pulp figures to go with them as well, too many periods!
ReplyDeleteIt must be possible to shoe-horn dark ages and medieval figures into a pulp setting!
ReplyDeleteYes. Arnald Hardrada, private eye.
DeleteI took a look at those, too. They look good but don't have interiors. If they had interiors I'd buy them in a heartbeat.
ReplyDeleteThey sell interiors separately. http://www.thevirtualarmchairgeneral.com/620-Mean-Sets.htm
DeleteVery interesting buildings! But I presume they are for 28mm figures. Couldn't find the scale (or I overlooked it).

He hid it in there but he says 28mm or 1:60 scale in a couple of places. I was going to try scaling it down to 70% or so to see if it would be right for 1/72. I'm never really sure if that fits better with 20mm or 25mm. I wish scales were consistent.
