More info on the Oldhammer in the New World Zine.

Hi All,

The decision was made to keep the Zine as a "perk of membership in the facebook group.

You can join here.

If you are still on the fence, here's a little more about what's in the first issue.

So if it looks like something you'd be interested in, head on over to facebook. Join up and download the full zine.

Sorry Mac, I didn't correct your last name in the contributors list. Bad editor. :(

I'm working on learning a new product to lay out the next issue. I'll be making a battle report with it.

Later.

  1. Very strange, had to download the issue, but my phone wouldn't/couldn't open it, instead emailing it to my work was the only way it would work. I hate technology.

    1. Hi Dai, that is weird. This is the first time I've used Comic Life to make a PDF, it may be something weird in the way it exports it to that format. I haven't tried looking at it on my phone. My phone is super weird about reading Excel files. I have a hell of a time reading spread sheets of track and cross country results.

  2. O well - I read it and was suitably impressed mate. Very nice layout and presentation. Not sure I'll be submitting a bloody thing though after seeing all those far-better-painted minis than anything I could offer. :)

Look forward to the next installment.

    1. Hi Dai, glad you liked it. I think you paint well enough. We find flaws in our own miniatures that others don't always see. Also it's not about being a pro painter, it's just about what people are doing. The guys who submitted stuff are very good, but that's just how this one netted out. I would have put some of my own stuff in, but I didn't want it to be about me. I put in the buildings only because I had them.
